Join Cattywampus Puppet Council and the Knox Honkers & Bangers at this year’s Rossini Festival on Market Square for a participatory Parade! We’ll be lining up around 2:30pm with a variety of puppets and other art to carry and processing from 3-3:30pm. All are welcome!
